10-Year warranty

FROST products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, with careful attention to materials, craftsmanship, design, and functionality. All our products come with a 10-year warranty, with the exception of our electric items, such as heated towel rails and back-lights, which have a 5-year warranty. Faucets and shower sets are included in the 10-year warrenty coverage, while cartridges, aerators, and other spare parts are replaced as part of our after-sales service rather than as warranty claims.

If a functional defect occurs during the warranty period, FROST will—via the place of purchase and upon presentation of a receipt or other valid proof of purchase—repair or replace the product with an equivalent item, or, if this is not possible, refund the purchase price. The customer must notify the place of purchase in writing as soon as the defect is discovered, after which the claim will be forwarded to FROST.

FROST warranty applies exclusively to the product itself and does not cover any consequential or indirect damages. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, normal wear and tear, incorrect maintenance, or the use of chemical cleaning agents. Customers are always advised to consult the user manual to ensure correct use of our products. This warranty does not limit the customer’s statutory consumer rights under applicable national legislation.
