The arm support has passed a static load test (150 kg) and a static overload test, where the load (225 kg) is held for 60–70 seconds. This means the test includes a safety factor of 1.5. All tests were carried out with the product mounted on a stable wall, and the strength of the solution will be affected if this is not followed. We therefore cannot guarantee satisfactory performance and durability if this is not observed.
